PROJECT ARCHITECT

Responsibilities:

• Project documentation, lead and manage jobs on site and contract administration.
• Prepare design proposals, layout plans and presentation slides.

Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Architecture from recognized Institution – LAM PART 2.
• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in Contract Administration, good knowledge of Building Technology and Building By-Laws.
• Required skill(s): Sketch Up, VRAY, Adobe Photoshop, Auto CAD.
• Able to meet tight deadlines and work both independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and leadership capability.
• Self-motivated and committed with work ethic.

ASSISTANT ARCHITECT

Responsibilities:

• Prepare submission, working drawings & details.
• Authority submission and attend site meetings.
• Assist in any area that is required by the Project Architect.

Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Drafting/LAM Part 1.
• At least 2 years of working experience.
• Required skill(s): Auto CAD, Sketch Up, VRAY, Adobe Photoshop.
• Pro-active, participate in on-going project & co-ordination works in all stages, report to Project Architect.
• Able to meet tight deadlines and work both independently as well as part of a team.
• Self-motivated, good interpersonal skills and good communication skills.

TECHNICAL ASSISTANT

Responsibilities:

• Assisting in sketch design and design development for a variety of projects.
• Preparing good working drawings and details.

Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least Certificate/Diploma in Architecture or Drafting.
• At least 3 years relevant experience.
• Good building technical knowledge and familiar with authority requirements.
• Required skill(s): Auto CAD, Sketch Up.
• Able to meet tight deadlines and work both independently and as part of a team.
• Self-motivated and good interpersonal skills.
